Exchange & Returns
We care about our products and logically do my best to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has been confirmed. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
Do you want to exchange the product? That is no problem at all and can be done up to a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
I have entered the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please note: this is only valid on standard products. Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs, if a part is returned, you will only receive the cost of the products. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.65 per package in the Netherlands, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you must contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. So the steps are:
- Register the return within 14 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, also mention the order number!
- Then ensure that the return shipment is received within 14 days, again with the order number on a note in the box.
- I, or the party you paid with, will refund and/or process the amount due within 14 days
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it! So pack the product not in a bubble envelope!
