Are there a cost to membership?
Yes, you can pay by month, by quarter or year. With the last 2 options you get a nice discount! You pay by direct debit for all options.
How does the app work?
The software that the app runs on is called 'Huddle'. You can download this app and log in with your data and you will then enter the SIO app. This app is very well known and works super simple. You can also access the app via the browser on your laptop.
Who can join the SIO Community App?
Anyone who concludes a membership can join the app. Only members can see the content of the app.
What do I find in the app?
Inspiration, motivation (if you need it), winnings, the latest SIO News (first!), like-minded people and a place where you can share your creations safely. The Challenges also take place in the app.
Can I join if I don't follow Challenges but only seek inspiration and want to share (and vice versa)?
That certainly can! The general membership provides access to the general channels such as the Inspiration Board, SIO News and the board where you can just chat about anything and everything.
Can I easily cancel?
You can cancel in the frequency in which you applied for membership. So per month, by quarter or by year. You can cancel by sending an email to info@studioinsenouts.nl at least a few days (monthly subscription), 2 weeks (quarter subscription) or a month (annual subscription) before your subscription is renewed.
What happens to the social media channels of Studio Ins & Outs?
The social media channels continue to exist. And here, too, I will share inspiration. The app only replaces the Facebook Community in the long run.
How is inspiration shared?
That goes just like in the Facebook Community. All members can share inspiration in the form of photos, ask questions, start polls, etc. In the Challenges you get exclusive inspiration from Irene.

We ship with PostNL. This is a reliable party that we are very satisfied with. It can sometimes happen that a package is delayed. All orders are shipped by parcel post. The shipping costs for this are €7.95. Your order is then insured and will be sent with a track & trace code so that you can track where your package is. In recent times, orders are often delivered a day later!
