Payment

You can pay in the webshop in the following ways:

  • iDeal
  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • AfterPay
  • credit card

Shopify & Klarna take care of our payment methods.
 We will start working on your order as soon as the payment is received. That is why orders paid via iDeal, Bancontact, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit Card are handled the fastest.

Shipping
 Ordered before 21h = shipped the same day! (Except on public holidays)

Sometimes this delivery time may be longer. For example, because you have ordered a custom product or a product is not in stock. The products always state in the product text if this is the case! Your order will be shipped when all products are in stock. 

We ship with PostNL. This is a reliable party that we are very satisfied with. It can sometimes happen that a package is delayed. We understand that this is very annoying, but we regret that we cannot directly influence PostNL's processes. Please contact us if the package has not arrived after a week after the shipping email. Then we will find out together what could have gone wrong and find a suitable solution.

Please note: Custom products have an adjusted delivery time!
But even if you order a customized product such as a book with its own title, the delivery time is longer. Please allow 5-10 business days. Feel free to send an email if you want to know what the delivery time for your custom order is!

Deliveries can be made to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Netherlands
We use shipping costs of €4.95 per order that fit through the letterbox and €6.95 for packages.
For orders over € 100, - no shipping costs are charged. 

Belgium
All orders are shipped by parcel post. The shipping costs for this are €7.95. Your order is then insured and will be sent with a track & trace code so you can track where your package is. In recent times, orders are often delivered a day later!

For orders over €100,- no shipping costs are charged.
