Payment
You can pay in the webshop in the following ways:

We will start processing your order as soon as payment has been received. That is why orders paid via iDeal, Bancontact, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit Card are handled the fastest.
Shipping
We ship on fixed working days, namely Tuesday & Thursday.
Sometimes this delivery time may be longer. For example, because a product is not in stock. With the products it is always indicated in the product text if this is the case! Your order will be shipped when all products are in stock.
We ship with PostNL. This is a reliable party that we are very satisfied with. It can sometimes happen that a package is delayed. We understand that this is very annoying, but we regret that we cannot directly influence PostNL's processes. Please contact us if the package has not arrived after a week after the shipping email. Then we will find out together what could have gone wrong and find a suitable solution.

Delivery can only be made to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

We use shipping costs of €3.95 per order that fit through the letterbox and €5.95 for packages.
No shipping costs are charged for orders over €100.
Belgium
All orders are shipped by parcel post. The shipping costs for this are €6.95. Your order is then insured and will be sent with a track & trace code so that you can track where your package is. In recent times, orders are often delivered a day later!

Pick up
It is also possible to collect your order from our warehouse in Harderwijk.
If you choose to pick up during the ordering process, you will receive an email from us when your order is ready.
This way we can agree on a date and time together and you can be sure that someone is present.
